Custom analytics tool that aggregates data from multiple systems
The CSW team was able to merge the company’s data from Google Analytics, website logs and its ERP system to connect marketing campaigns with sales, inventory and manufacturing information. The custom analytics tool has a robust filter mechanism that allows the user to filter based on order source, sales channel and relevant marketing information such as a discount code or campaign. The system then displays revenue and profit margin, even enabling the user to drill down and see the profit made per keyword used in a campaign.
The custom software allows the management team to easily track which marketing initiatives are effective and plan their marketing budget to target the results they need.
